Who is responsible for your data?

Bondage Kitties is operated by Iván Hernandez Algueró, a self-employed professional, tax identification number ES43562678B, at Calle Valencia 546, 08013 Barcelona, Spain. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email contact@bondagekitties.com.

What we process and why

• Accounts, purchases and memberships: the account and contact details you provide, billing information, order history, payment references and statuses, and access entitlements. We use these to fulfil your purchase, manage your account and membership, provide access and downloads where purchased, and handle support. The legal basis is performance of the contract or steps you request before entering it.
• Billing and legal records: records required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention and legal claims. The bases are our legal obligations and, for proportionate security and defence of claims, legitimate interests.
• Support and custom video enquiries: your contact details and the information you choose to send. We use them to respond to your request or perform the service you ask for. Please do not send identity documents, payment card details or unnecessary information about other people.
• Newsletters and offers: your email address, subscription status and evidence of your subscription choice. We use these for Bondage Kitties news and offers only when you subscribe. This consent is separate from registration, a purchase and acceptance of our terms. You may withdraw it using the unsubscribe link in every promotional email or by contacting us. Essential order, account and membership messages are separate from marketing.
• Optional audience measurement: after analytics consent, we may process a pseudonymous session identifier, pages and products viewed, interactions, technical playback errors, device information and campaign or referral information using BK Insights, WooCommerce attribution and Google Analytics. This is used to understand and improve the website. Optional measurement is not required to buy, sign in or watch content.
• Optional member survey: if you choose to answer, we process your selected performers, categories, materials, outfits and content preferences to prepare aggregate audience reports and plan productions. These answers may reveal intimate preferences. Submission requires your separate explicit consent, can be skipped, and does not affect membership access. Your response is linked to a pseudonymous account identifier so that it can be managed or deleted on request. We do not publish individual responses.
• Security and necessary website functions: proportionate technical logs, access checks, age confirmation, shopping basket and session information help keep the service secure and working. The bases are contractual necessity, legal obligations where applicable, and our legitimate interest in protecting the service and its users.

Payments

Payment details are entered on the secure payment services offered at checkout, including CCBill and CentroBill. Bondage Kitties does not collect or store your full payment card number or security code. Our website retains the order details, processor references and payment or subscription status needed to manage your purchase and access. Payment providers process information under their own privacy notices and obligations. A one-time purchase does not authorise a recurring membership charge; any recurring arrangement is shown separately when selected.

Service providers and recipients

Data is accessible to authorised personnel and providers as needed for their function: website and video hosting (including Sered and IONOS), payment processing (CCBill and CentroBill), email delivery and newsletters (including EmailOctopus), security services (including Cloudflare and, when the newsletter form is requested, Google reCAPTCHA), and Google measurement or tag services when you permit the corresponding optional category. Providers receive only the information needed for the relevant service. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Their privacy and transfer information is available in their notices: CCBill, EmailOctopus and Google. International transfers require an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information on the providers and safeguards applicable to your request.

How long we retain information

Account and service information is retained while needed to provide and manage your account, purchases and access. After closure, information still required for tax, accounting, outstanding obligations or legal claims is restricted to those purposes for the applicable statutory periods. Support and custom enquiry records are retained while handling the request and for the relevant liability periods. Newsletter information is used until you unsubscribe; a minimal suppression record and evidence of consent may remain to respect your choice and demonstrate compliance. Survey responses are retained for the audience research purpose until you withdraw consent or request deletion. BK Insights raw event retention is configured to 90 days and aggregate report retention to 730 days. Cookie and browser storage periods are explained in our Cookie Policy.

Your rights and choices

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. To exercise a right, email contact@bondagekitties.com from your account address where possible. We will request only proportionate information if we need to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month, subject to the extensions allowed by law.

You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your competent supervisory authority. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you solely by automated processing.

Required and optional information

Fields marked as required are needed to handle the account, transaction or request concerned; without them we may be unable to provide that specific service. Marketing, optional cookies and the member preference survey are voluntary and can be refused without losing access to a paid service. This website is for adults aged 18 or over.

Updates

We update this notice when the service or its processing changes. A policy update does not itself provide consent for a new purpose. Where required, we will ask for a new choice.
